1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LUMA platform ("Platform") at luma-game.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. The Platform

LUMA is a web-based companion discovery and stewardship experience. The Platform is provided in a beta state and may contain bugs, undergo changes, or experience interruptions.

  • Virtual items — Companions, resources, and other in-platform items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value outside the Platform.
  • No guarantees — We do not guarantee the availability, continuity, or performance of the Platform or any features.
  • Changes — We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without authorization
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
  • Exploit bugs or unintended behaviors instead of reporting them

6. User Content

Any content you create or submit through the Platform (such as display names, bios, or support requests) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store it as necessary to operate the Platform.

You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, artwork, characters, and game mechanics, is owned by LUMA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
